Case studies

What changed when they said it out loud

Founders & solo experts

Founder · clinical pharmacy consulting

A clinical pharmacist launching a new kind of practice

The challenge

She launched an independent, non-dispensing clinical pharmacy practice for medically complex older adults. The idea was strong. Explaining it was hard. At every conference she heard the same thing: "You're a pharmacist, but you don't dispense medications?"

What we did

Recorded conversations that became her positioning: lead with the outcomes care teams want, not pharmacy mechanics. From there, LinkedIn thought leadership in her voice, website pages for each audience she serves, and conference booth messaging and talking points.

The result

A message she can say clearly, a sharper focus on provider groups, and new partnership conversations. At one conference, a healthcare leader came up to tell her they'd been looking for exactly what she offers.

“That was the tipping point that I could do it. I have something. I know I have something.”

Consultant · positioning

A seasoned marketing advisor finding his niche

The challenge

25+ years in marketing strategy and growth, and a "fractional CMO" title that didn't capture half of what he does. He could talk for an hour about automation and sales process. Turning that into a story a staffing firm owner would care about was harder.

What we did

Content interviews that surfaced how he really works: like a quarterback, looking at the whole business. That became a new position as a growth advisor for staffing firms, a defined ideal client ($25M–$50M firms ready to grow), LinkedIn thought leadership and his own newsletter.

The result

A clear position, a specific buyer and a repeatable way to turn his experience into content. I'm now his ongoing strategic advisor for what's next: targeted outreach to firms that fit, his own website and an industry benchmark survey.

Founder · agricultural biologicals

An agriculture consultant claiming her space

The challenge

15 years in agricultural biologicals and her own product development framework. Plenty to say about product development, regulatory strategy and sales. What was missing was the common thread.

What we did

Content interviews that surfaced her strongest opinion: stop selling biologicals with a chemistry playbook. That became her signature theme, the thread running through her LinkedIn content, video, newsletters, website messaging and speaking.

The result

A clear, recognizable position in her industry, a repeatable content engine, and the confidence to spot content opportunities and create on her own.

B2B teams & organizations

B2B · fractional content strategy

A leadership development firm whose people are the product

The challenge

Nearly two decades of behavioral science, a proprietary assessment platform, a coaching practice and a new book from a major business press. Lots of expertise, two brands, several audiences, and no single story tying it together.

What we did

Messaging built around one idea, behavior in context. Recorded interviews that gave each leader their own lane of expertise, from the COO to the founder, all rolling up to one brand. SEO research and new website copy. And a path from the book to the assessment to coaching.

The result

Clear messaging across two connected brands and a distinct voice for each executive. Year to date, the COO's LinkedIn profile earned 35,989 impressions with about 2k followers, more than 7× the company page's 4,872 with 13k. Now we're activating more lanes.

“She has helped me build a marketing engine from the ground up.”

Nonprofit · fractional CMO, content

A nonprofit with a story in every department

The challenge

Powerful stories in every department and very few of them captured. A blog with thin answers that didn't match what families search for. And several programs near capacity, so more leads was the wrong goal.

What we did

Conversations with seven departments, then a 2027 content plan built on keyword research. Blog posts that answer real questions (“Costco or an audiologist?”), written for search and AI answers, grounded in expert interviews and reviewed by clinicians.

The result

One content plan the whole organization shares, a repeatable process from interview to published post, and clinical accuracy built into every step. Traffic results to come as the program launches.
